Championing a Paperless Office This paper analyses the proposed “Paperless Office Project” for Lewisham Councils Placement and Procurement Department. The aim being to reduce the amount of paperwork handled by the department. It gives a synopsis of the project and why it is necessary. Then analyses how this is a project, the role of the project manager and the project team finally using the Work Breakdown Structure, Network Diagrams and the Critical Path Method to illustrate how this project can be managed to meet the critical time deadline. The paper further anticipates the problems and risks involved thereby relating this to risk management
